No programming needed
Drawing interactive decision trees has never been so easy as with the Berkeley Publisher.

You can add questions, calculations, documents and many more to your decision tree without having any programming knowledge.

Real-time preview
A real-time preview is shown during modeling. You also have the possibility to change texts from the preview.

Furthermore, you can immediately publish your decision tree online. This way, you are able to view your decision models and share them with others.

Document automation
Generate custom-made documents with the Document Designer. All variables created in the decision model can be used in a document.

You can also toggle textblocks on- and off depending on conditions set by you.

Seamless integration
Applications which have been developed with the Berkeley Publisher can easily be integrated with, for example, Content- and Document Management Systems and Sharepoint by using webservices.

Besides, you can also save data selected by you in databases.

Toggling functions on/off
You are able to toggle certain functions on or off in the presentation layer.

Think of a feedback-widget, the possibility to insert attachment(s) or the saving and reading in of decision models.

Rule management
By using rules you are able to create conditions in the model. Conditions can be used to, for example, define certain time periods.

Rules that are created can be reused elsewhere in the model.

Subversion
The Publisher tracks changes to models in different ways:

  1. Subversion allows you to keep an overview of the changes made to your model.
  2. By using the revert-function you can jump back to earlier versions of your model.
Source Management
Source management allows you to add extra information such as links, declarations, hints, and video’s to your model.

You can decide to whom this information will be shown.

Web-based administration
The Berkeley Webadmin is an online control panel where you can manage users, models, rights and webserver settings. This can be done via a simple web interface.
Cross-platform
Developed applications can be run on different platforms e.g. mobile and desktop.

Furthermore, you are able to design the look and feel on every platform completely according to your wishes.

Rapid prototyping
The Berkeley Publisher enables you to develop prototypes of your applications in just a few minutes.

Subsequently, you are able to publish and view your models online, providing you with the ability to share your models directly with others.

Knowledge & look’n’feel
The modeling of your models and the adjusting of the presentation layer are completely separated. This ensures that your are not distracted by unnecessary functionalities and work more efficient.
