The Berkeley Publisher 4.11 is now available for download!
Your feedback has once again been groundbreaking in the further development of our software, for which we would like to thank you.
An extensive overview of the changes can be found here.
Testing your models (especially those including mandatory fields) could sometimes proof to be time consuming. To create a more pleasurable testing environment we have developed a prefill functionality which allows a smooth navigation throughout the model preview within the Berkeley Runner.
The prefill function can be enabled through the ribbon of the Berkeley Runner by selecting: Case > Prefill.
Starting from release 4.11 it is possible to compile all generated .xlsx, .docx and .pdf files into a single zip file to download as a set.
Simple jumplists can still be created in the usual manner, however release 4.11 introduces possibilities to also configure jumplists through the Actions screen.
By adding jumplists through your Actions screen it is possible to add conditions to the jumplist. This way, indents can be set at conditional levels depending on the input from the user, therefore overriding any default indent settings.
Besides the beloved ‘financialwords’ function with which a currency gets translated into text, ‘fractioninwords’ has now been added. Fractioninwords, as the name suggests, translates the given fraction into text.
The Sourcemanager enables our users to apply changes to existing models in a coordinated fashion.
Additionally, whenever an outdated model is opened a prompt will pop up informing the user in this regard. In this case the user is able to automatically compare the current version with the newest version side by side. Any changes can be validated or ignored to the users satisfaction.
To help you quickly become familiar with Berkeley Publisher version 4.11 and to show you the new possibilities, we would like to organize an online session for you.
